WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?

When I was laid off from my corporate job and found out two months later that I was pregnant, I had no idea how I was going to make things work. My husband was a stay-at-home dad with our three-year-old, and I suddenly had to figure out how to provide for my family.

I knew I had leadership skills, influence, and a strategic, organized mind, and I was ready to put them to work. I jumped into the world of direct sales and hustled harder than I ever had: climbing to the top 1% of directors, earning two cars in just 90 days, and building a team of over 100 people. I was doing all the “right” things, but I was burning out faster than I could keep up.

I realized there had to be a better way. So I made a shift. I stopped doing everything just to keep up and started building with intention, creating systems and offers that worked even when I wasn’t “on”, and using my story and experiences to help others shortcut their path.

Now, I help established women uncover their own story, recognize the skills and experiences they already have, and use them to guide others via coaching.

Yep, that’s what coaching is. Guiding others, creating influence, impact, and income without burning out. And the best part? Your story doesn’t have to be dramatic or traumatic. Sometimes, like mine, it’s just about a layoff and a willingness to rise above it.
